About

My work sits at the intersection of craft, systems and strategy.

01 · Roots

Born in India, raised in New Zealand and starting my career in Australia, I now call London home. Moving between cultures and countries has shaped how I see things and probably explains why I’m naturally curious about people, different perspectives and how things work.

02 · Craft & systems

That curiosity has followed me into design. I care about the things people experience: flows that feel intuitive, interfaces that earn trust, and products that make complex financial decisions easier to navigate. But I’m equally interested in what sits behind them the systems, processes and ways of working that make good design possible, and allow it to scale.

03 · Career

Much of my career has been in financial services, where complexity is rarely optional. At AustralianSuper, one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds, I learned how thoughtful design can change the way people understand and engage with something as complex as retirement. At Smart Pension, I’ve taken that thinking from designing for one pension provider to shaping products, systems and teams across a growing international pension and wealth ecosystem.

04 · What draws me

I’m drawn to organisations at an inflection point - where products are becoming more complex, teams are growing, and the foundations need to catch up with ambition. For me, good design isn’t just about making the product better. It’s about creating the conditions for better products to keep being made.

My pillars

Know how the business makes money

Design decisions are better when you understand how the business succeeds.

Design beyond the feature

Good design accounts for the whole system, not just the surface someone interacts with.

Progress over perfection

Ship, learn, iterate. Products get better through real feedback loops.

Build confident teams

Create an environment where people feel trusted, challenged and supported to do their best work.

Ask better questions

Curiosity uncovers opportunities that solutions alone can't.
